How an engagement begins
Website information and an initial enquiry do not, by themselves, create a client engagement. Any assignment is set out in a written agreement identifying the contracting parties, scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timetable and fee. The agreement governing an engagement takes precedence over general website descriptions.
Please keep initial correspondence non-confidential. Confidential information should be shared only through an agreed channel and appropriate arrangements.
Using the information on this site
The material explains MGA’s focus and approach. It is not a substitute for advice or diligence directed to a particular transaction, project or jurisdiction, and it is not an offer of financing or securities. A financing, institutional or delivery outcome depends on the relevant parties, evidence, approvals and agreed work.
Experience, examples and institutional references
Experience described as prior professional experience was gained in prior roles; it is not presented as MGA corporate past performance. Illustrative scenarios and work products are labelled as examples, not completed MGA assignments.
References to institutions or external sources explain their relevance to the subject. They do not imply an endorsement, appointment, approved-provider status or an existing client relationship.
Sector photographs do not depict MGA projects, clients, investments or personnel. Credits accompany the photographs. Original conceptual artwork is illustrative and is not a technical design, performance result or representation of work completed for a client.
